Medfone is a leading medical tourism company based in INDIA (www.medfone.in) now desires to engage Regional Business Development Managers (Regional BDM) in different countries to promote the brand and grow business. In the last decade, India has emerged as one of the most preferred healthcare destinations in the world, as a result, a large number of international patients travel to India to avail world-class medical care. This number is consistently growing and it is expected that by 2022, a total of 1.5 million patients will travel to India from different countries.
The company is looking for candidates who have earlier led medical tourism function in their respective countries and have good linkages with the healthcare ecosystem consisting of a) hospitals, b) insurance companies, c) travel agents, d) healthcare workers, and e) NGOs. Candidates hired for the open positions will work in an independent role from their base locations in their respective countries. In their role, they will be responsible for the growth in the number of patients traveling to India for treatment and revenue & profitability for the region(s) under their scope of work. The candidates will be free to grow the team, if necessary, to ensure that the revenue targets are met or exceeded consistently.
In the future, as the business will grow, they will set up local offices and lead the operations.
- Any graduate or postgraduate (Candidates with relevant qualifications, in healthcare or business management, will be preferred)
- At least 8 years of work experience in the healthcare domain
- Highly proficient in English and the primary native language of the home country
- Proficient with Windows/ Mac, MS Office and use of mobile apps
- Ability to travel
- Saudi Arabia
Selected candidates will report to the Vice President, Medical Tourism and will be responsible for revenue and profitability in their respective regions.
Terms of Employment
In the first four months of the probation period, selected candidates will be employed on a contractual basis during which they will be paid on a revenue share basis for every lead that they convert. Confirmation for a permanent role after 3 months of service will be based on the overall performance and the growth of the business.
